Your mission
-
Maintenance of the Project’s social media platforms
-
Offering information, solutions and counseling to customers via phone and email
-
Manage reservations back office (new reservations, ticket issuing, reservation amendments)

Post sales service (litigation and compensation management)

Achievement of the performance targets defined by the project
-
Management of the administrative process (invoicing, written communication and emission of travel documents)
Profile
-
Native or fluent in Dutch
-
Good command of English (minimum B2)
-
Previous experience in customer service, tourism or travel is a plus
-
Availability to work in rotating shifts (schedules depending on the project)

Ease in multitasking several applications at once
-
Excellent listening and communication skills
-
Positive attitude and team spirit
-
For non-EU residents it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
