Human Resources Trainee
Mission
You will support the HR team in the following tasks:
- Audit of the personal data to ensure compliance with internal rules
- Reception and treatment of transportation pass for monthly payroll
- Perform upgrades in intranet
- Digital archive management
- Deployment of Integration Survey
Profile
- Degree in Organizational Psychology or Human Resources Management;
- Previous experience in HR (a plus)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (recommended B2 at least)
- Fluency in other languages (a plus)
- Ability to communicate with different interlocutors
- Willing to learn and multi-task
- Team spirit
- Good skills in MS Excel
- Full-time internship
