Training and Development Internship

Mission

Reporting to the Head of Training, you will contribute to the development of our employees and support training activities such as training planification, schedules organization, contact with stakeholders, reporting, among others.

 

Profile

• Academical background in a relevant area such as Psychology, Human Resources, Training, and development or similar (preferential factor)
• Knowledge of training area and previous contact with training activities (a plus)
• Mastering of Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Outlook and advanced skills on Excel
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Team player and resilient
• Advanced Portuguese and English
• Knowledge of French (a plus)
• Availability to do an internship in Braga
