We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our site in Oeiras

As a Customer Success Manager
, you will:
- Ensure that the quality and frequency of touchpoints are consistent with the customer journey.
- Track accounts to identify churn risk and take action to eliminate that risk.
- Build value-based relationships with customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs.
- Excellent English and fluency in any of the following languages would be a plus French/German/Dutch.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com / GainSight is a plus.
- Experience with SaaS – based applications and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Validated experience working on projects
