Deal Manager Services Specialist

As a Deal Manager Services Specialist, you will manage the whole deal lifecycle for a specific deal following a defined methodology through specialized & centralized resources (DMO).
 

 

As a Deal Manager Services Specialist, you will:

  • Manage Sales and Customer expectations regarding time-to-completion for a given project;
  • Manage exceptions and escalations, handling customer expectation and satisfaction;
  • Maintain ongoing communication with both internal and external customers via telephone and/or email/IM for request’s status updates;
  • Understand and apply current business practices, proactively understanding requests’ priorities and provide prompt answers to critical deal according to assigner criteria.
  • Proactive Deal Management;
  • Critical Deal Management - since the DID is flagged to be managed until all processes are completed (coordination of internal procedures through engagement with multiple cross functional teams);
  • Providing regular updates on request status;
  • Manage exceptions and escalations, handling customer expectation and satisfaction;
  • Take action to solve complaints and Identify need for corrective or preventative action;
  • Act as a single point of contact for all deal related activities/updates;
  • Follow a structured workflow management set of activities;
  • Customer facing Interactions/engagements as agreed upfront;
  • Responsible for continuously engaging with stakeholders to realize gaps and drive efficiencies;

 
 
 
We are looking for

  • Excellent command in English (minimum C1)
  • Second Language counts as a plus
  • Relevant University Degree (preferable)
  • At least 2 years of experience In Business/Commercial Support
  • Experience in IT Companies is a plus
  • Very good Ms Office (Excel) knowledge
