We are looking for a French Speaker officer to handle financial and administrative tasks on back-office operations.
Mission :Your future project
As a French Financial and Administrative Advisor,
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies/procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Provide additional support as required to the Finance Manager
- Keep records of invoices and tax payments
Profile :We are looking for
- Native or Proficient French and fluent English (B2)
- Excellent writings skills
- Previous experience in Financial/ Banking institutions is preferred
- Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
