As a German Customer Support, you will provide a warm and professional contact with each of our customer’s client and solve with precision and efficiency emerging issues that customers may face.
Mission :
As a
German Customer Support, you will:
- Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding the reservations and attending potential requests.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Profile :
We are looking for:
- Native or Proficient German (C2)
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a sales representative is a plus
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
