To support our development, we are looking for Customer Support Advisors to work for one of the big four IT companies in the world.
- Help Customers: Manage customer expectations through a calm and empathetic stance and feel excited when you are successful in resolving their cases. Strive to maintain and improve customer satisfaction level.
- Master the IT skills: Improve your technical skills by troubleshooting issues related with electronic equipment. Moreover, escalate potential service issues to the appropriate level (when necessary).
- Grow Professionally: Improve your unique skills by actively engaging with customers and receiving consistent guidance and feedback from our dedicated team leaders. Progress in your career according to performance and project requirements.
- YOU speak English fluently (level C1/ C2).
- YOU have outstanding communication skills.
- YOU have a positive attitude and team spirit.
- YOU are Customer service oriented.
- YOU are curious, proactive, and have a problem-solving mentality.
- YOU are flexible and stress resilient.
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred.
