Your future project
As a Spanish and English Service Desk Advisor,
- User support via phone, mail & live chat;
- Guarantee the correct and timely on boarding of companies on the platform;
- Work with specialized customer service tools;
- Resolve problems concerning the orders placed through the e-commerce platform (transportation, logistics systems, customer issues, etc);
- Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer on all contracts reviewed.
We are looking for
- Bilingual Spanish and English.
- Good Portuguese is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- IT affine (SAP, Zendesk, Outlook);
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office;
- Team player and able to work independently;
- Problem Solving — Identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions;
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit;
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
