Webhelp University offers a wide range of training and development programmes to all our employees. When you join us, you'll take part in a thorough induction process, giving you the introduction you need to hit the ground running.

A Training Program at most levels of your Career :

Phase 1

Onboarding training

It is applied to all new employees. Training that provides each Webhelp employee with the same Knowledge and specific skills about customer service as well as the group's corporate values.

Phase 2

Client initial training

Initial and in-service training on products, processes, IS Applications, corporate values & culture, reporting and targets

Phase 3

Ongoing training

Designed for all Webhelp Employees.
Composed of various training modules according to the position held.

Lead the Way relies on the advanced technologies in video games (3D real-time, environmental simulation) and in a playful approach that allows team leaders to discover or to consolidate good management skills.

E-Learning allows the trainees to adapt their training towards their needs and abilities. Design of @Learning or 'Rapid Learning' modules on the advisor's job or project specific modules to support their development.
