As a Customer Care Advisor
, you will:
We are looking for:
- Assist clients via inbound calls and e-mail by answering customer’s inquiries and/or attending potential requests.
- Become a specialist in our client’s products and services
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Give real-time, accurate information that empowers the customer to make decisions.
- Listen to the customer's unique situations and acknowledge their needs.
- Go beyond the customer's service expectations so they will remember and share their great experience.
We offer you:
- Native or Proficient in Italian (C2)
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Previous experience in Customer Service is highly valued
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer-oriented
- Familiarity with Pet-related stuff is highly valued
- Have a positive and can-do attitude
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
